The Secret Garden Cooking School

Complete your unforgettable Bali experience with the discovery of traditional Balinese culinary secrets. At our Cooking School , you'll become familiar with the foods that are part of ritual and everyday life on this magical island.

Both our one and two-day hands-on, intensive courses will give you an in-depth understanding and appreciation of this unique cuisine. You'll learn to identify, prepare and blend the exotic spices & ingredients that are the soul of Balinese cooking. Take home with you the sumptuous recipes for preparing a full Balinese banquet, from appetizers to dessert, to tantalize the palates of your friends and family.

The School is conducted in the restaurant balé area, set amongst lush tropical gardens - a most appropriate setting to prepare a feast for the Gods. Small, intimate classes of no more than 6 people ensure plenty of personal attention and hands-on practice.
